Hello everyone that watching neatshare channel Today we’re back with new video new tutorial today is also about Cinema 4d Today I will show you one tichnique it is about displacement map in cinema 4d we will use another third program is JS Placement and you can download free from their website so dont waste a time, please watch together Please subscribe and turn on the bell notification if you not yet subscribe to make sure you dont miss any video of neatshare, thanks you so in order to download program that make this texture texture like futuristic technology, you can go to google and type JS displacement c4d and you will see website JSplacement-windmill and click on it so they provide the free product, that you can download for window versions and mac versions just download and install it, we can use js placement program and this software is free so thanks to windmill for this ok, so after we install it, now let me go to this program so this is my js placement, here i use with mac now let me go to this app we will see this tab, and for creating this kind of texture is have alot of functions that have jsplacement classic, 2, vilvet, have different fuction styles now let me use js placement classic when i press r or dubble click on it, it will generate this kind of texture to me and I can adjust more setting in here it will generate another look so I encourage you guys to experience, discover its more to know more about how its use to make this kind of texture then we can save this this texture, we can save height and choose you file destination save, we also can save its pass normal, but here i dont use so i dont save and we also can choose its color schemes by clicking on toggle colorize and choose our prefer preset for example i choose this color and I save oh, i confuse to save the same name so this is the texture that i just save ok, now let me save height again, ok, now i will got the texture black and white after i got my texure, i can go to cinema 4d now we can simply create with plane change orientation to z, and press nb to show segment line so when you have alot of segments, the displacement also good ok, now let me use 50*50 then I can create material and what we need to check is displacement go to texture tab-load image and go to find black and white texture that you have saved and check on subpolygon displacement after check this, and put material into a plane now if I press cmt+r for render as you see we already get this kind of displace look if you see it in workspace it just a flat plane but when we render we will got this kind of 3d texture extrude If you want to animate how it extrude texture you can use with displacer, and put displacer into plane ( make it child with plane) and click on displacer – shading- texure tab and load the file texture load the file texure that you put in material, so we will got the displacement that is high extrude then before and we can keyframe in strength to see how its extrude from low to high for example i put only -20% and i can add keyframe in frame 0 and go to frame 25 i increase the strength it we play we will got the animation, now let preview it as you see we have animation of how it extrude but it look fast, because i animate only 1 second this is when you want to animate it, now let me delete the keyframe If you want to give it some color we can go to our material and we go to color tab and texture and load image color that we save from JS Placement now if we render it now we got this nice color then we can turn on such as ambient oclussion in render setting when we turn on ambient occlusion we will got the ambient occlussion in our texture this texture look nice and it is really easy to make for displacement If you not know, you may think its difficult and this technique is use with all object even cube or sphere, but we need to increase segment for better extrude displacement oh, in this sphere we can not see the extrude displacement because it is not editable if the sphere is not editable we should use displacer now let me copy displacer from the plane now we render it again ok now you can see it extrude the texture because we use displacer and displacer strength is affect good or bad is according to sphere segment If you dont want to use displacer now let me duplicate the sphere i delete displacer and turn off visibility of this one we can make sphere editable after you finish set up sphere segment and size now when we render you see, we also got the extrude look from this but if you not make sphere editable, you need to use displacer, ok? now let look how it different This is sphere that not make editable and also not use displacer The texture is not extrude No matter how big you increase segment also not see extrude until you use displacer but if you already set up segment and size of sphere and make it editable, and use the same material, you will got the same look of extrude displacement but when you want to animate the extrude displacement you cant animate but if we use displacer we can animate by adding keyframe on strength or hight ok, thanks you for watching neatshare, and we will meet in another tutorial If you not yet subscribe in neatshare, please subscribe and turn on the bell notification to get new video from neatshare, thanks you!
